• Galaxy is a point-and-click friendly way of running genomics pipelines, which offloads the workload onto the HPC.
• R Studio Server is a web-accessible R interpreter.
• Jupyterhub is a web-accessible environment for many languages. Primarily Python, includes R, octave, Julia etc.
