WUR users can also join the '''Anunna Users''' Microsoft Teams team for user-to-user questions and tips — use the join code <code>2xo7wv2</code> ("Join a team with a code"). This is a peer community rather than an official support channel, so for problems that need the HPC team, still file a ticket.

If you have a question or run into a problem on Anunna, here is how to reach the HPC team.

Who to contact

WUR users

Submit a support ticket through the WUR support portal and select the HPC (Anunna) service. See Support Ticket System for details.

WUR users can also join the Anunna Users Microsoft Teams team for user-to-user questions and tips — use the join code 2xo7wv2 ("Join a team with a code"). This is a peer community rather than an official support channel, so for problems that need the HPC team, still file a ticket.

External users

If you do not have a WUR account, email servicedesk.it@wur.nl with "HPC" in the subject line.

You can also reach the WUR service desk by phone on +31 317 488888 — give your name and phone number, say your question is about Anunna, and name the organisation you work for (and your email address if you call).

Getting a good answer quickly

When you report a problem, a clear and complete description helps us help you faster — see Reporting Incidents for what to include.
