WUR users request support and report problems through the WUR support portal, which runs on ServiceNow.
Submitting a ticket
- Go to the WUR support portal.
- Choose to create a ticket and register it on the HPC (Anunna) service.
- Describe your issue — see Reporting Incidents for what to include.
You can also register a question or incident by email to servicedesk.it@wur.nl (put "HPC" in the subject line), or by phone on +31 317 488888 (say your request is about Anunna and give your name, organisation, and email address).
Course and account requests
