Senior Researcher and lecturer at Wageningen University, Animal Breeding and Genomics Centre. Assistant Research at Wageningen UR, Plant Research International, BU Bioscience, Applied Bioinformatics
My main line of work revolves around de nov assembly projects. Mainly plants, but every now and then something else comes along.
Besides that, I need to tinker on our own infrastructure, and help colleagues from our BU Bioscience with their bioinformatics analyses.
These range from degradome analysis up to BiSulfite Sequencing analysis, and all those short things that pop up every week.
