Installation details

Compiled from source using the stock gcc 4.4 of Scientific Linux on 15-03-2014:

make -f Makefile.SSE3.gcc make -f Makefile.SSE3.PTHREADS.gcc make -f Makefile.SSE3.MPI.gcc

The file Makefile.SSE3.MPI.gcc has been modified:

  CC = mpicc

The version of openmpi used:

  openmpi/gcc/64/1.6.5
