Licensed Software

Alongside the freely-available modules, Anunna hosts a few commercial, licensed software packages. Access to these is restricted — typically to WUR users covered by a WUR licence, or to members of specific groups — rather than open to everyone on the cluster.

Anunna currently hosts these licensed packages, each documented on its own page:

• MATLAB — numerical computing language from MathWorks, available to WUR users under the WUR academic licence.
• CLC Genomics Server — genomics analysis server from Qiagen, available to specific WUR groups.
