Galaxy
Anunna previously hosted a separate Galaxy project server at:
This standalone server has been retired. Galaxy is now available as an application within Open OnDemand (wiki page). You can access it via apps.anunna.wur.nl.
To use Galaxy, log in to Open OnDemand and launch it from the application menu. This provides access to a personal Galaxy Project instance with access to Anunna's compute and storage. The installation is persistent per user, datasets and tools that you upload or change will remain for the next time you run it.
