Handling Sensitive Data (GDPR, etc.)
Working with confidential or personal data on Anunna is very much discouraged and not allowed without prior consent.
If you want to store and use data that goes beyond the "negligible" data classification, please first read WUR's data-protection policy, and then contact us.
Your responsibilities
- Only put sensitive data on Anunna if you are permitted to by the admins, and keep it to the minimum needed.
- Control who can access it — use group permissions carefully (see Shared Storage and Managing Group Members).
- Know what is backed up where, and where data goes when it is archived (see Backup Policy and Data Lifecycle Policy).
