Handling Sensitive Data (GDPR, etc.)
Working with confidential or personal data on Anunna brings extra responsibilities, both yours and the facility's. This page is a starting point; for anything involving personal data, follow WUR's data-protection policy.
Your responsibilities
- Only put sensitive data on Anunna if you are permitted to, and keep it to the minimum needed.
- Control who can access it — use group permissions carefully (see Shared Storage and Managing Group Members).
- Know what is backed up, and where data goes when it is archived (see Backup Policy and Data Lifecycle Policy).
