Anyone can request the addition of new GUI-based software to the Anunna HPC environment, delivered via Open OnDemand, by following the procedure below.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to: https://ideas.anunna.wur.nl/
  2. In the menu bar, select Software Requests.
  3. Search to determine whether the software you require has already been requested.
  4. Evaluation and Planning
    1. If an existing request is found, please vote for that request to indicate your support.
    2. If no existing request is available, select Submit Feedback and provide a clear description of the software you would like to see added to the portal. Include relevant details such as:
      • Software name and version
      • Intended use case (research, teaching, project)
      • Estimated number of users
      • Licensing requirements (if applicable)

Evaluation and Planning

The Anunna team evaluates submitted requests, provides feedback where needed, and assesses technical feasibility and licensing implications.

If approved and technically feasible, the request is added to the product backlog and scheduled for implementation in a future development sprint based on priority and available capacity.
