Did you recently start using the High Performance Computing Cluster (HPC Anunna)? Do you have some basic Linux knowledge but want to know more about how things work on Anunna?
As a new user of Anunna, this course will teach you the basics of using WUR's High Performance Compute cluster. Topics covered in this course include the use of SLURM, best practices for the various storage systems, and an explanation of the available web applications.
