Some ways of reaching Anunna require you to be on the WUR network (WURnet). From off campus, you connect through the WUR VPN.
When you need the VPN
- SSH and the Apps Portal are reachable directly over the internet, though access may be restricted to certain IP ranges (see SSH Access).
- Some services are only available inside WURnet — for example the CIFS/Samba mounts. From off campus, connect to the WUR VPN first.
Connecting to the WUR VPN
The WUR VPN is provided by WUR IT, not by the Anunna team.
The documentation on that lives here.
For students who are doing their thesis, ask your supervisor to create a ticket with the team that is responsible for the VPN to request accces.
