| My main line of work revolves around de novo assembly projects. Mainly plants, but every now and then something else comes along.

| Besides that, I need to tinker on our own infrastructure, and help colleagues from our BU Bioscience with their bioinformatics analyses.

| These range from degradome analysis up to BiSulfite Sequencing analysis, and all those short things that pop up every week.
