On Anunna, access to shared data and resources is organised through groups. As a PI or project coordinator, you will often want to control who is in your group and what they can access. This page covers working with groups; for the file-permission mechanics, see [[Shared Storage]].

== How groups work ==

Users access Anunna with their WUR-wide (Active Directory) or Anunna-only account, so their AD group memberships are also available on the cluster. To see which groups a user is in:

This usually lists many groups; look for the one that matches your team or project.

== Requesting a group ==

If a suitable group does not exist — for example for a collaboration with people outside WUR — ask the administrators to set one up for you, through [[How to Get Help]].

Group membership is managed centrally. To change who is in your group, contact the administrators through [[How to Get Help]].
