Working with confidential or personal data on Anunna brings extra responsibilities, both yours and the facility's. This page is a starting point; for anything involving personal data, follow WUR's data-protection policy.

== Your responsibilities ==

* Only put sensitive data on Anunna if you are permitted to, and keep it to the minimum needed.
* Control who can access it — use group permissions carefully (see [[Shared Storage]] and [[Managing Group Members]]).
* Know what is backed up, and where data goes when it is archived (see [[Backup Policy]] and [[Data Lifecycle Policy]]).
