To be able to run a course on Anunna, there are a couple of steps to take:

* Create a reservation 
 * Please alert us one month in advance so we can be sure there is space on the cluster

* Create accounts for all involved (Teachers/TA's/students)
 * You can start with the teachers and TA's, and add the students later once they are known
 * Use [https://support.wur.nl/esc?id=sc_cat_item&table=sc_cat_item&sys_id=f4de15c047df9550d7dd9880236d43a5&searchTerm=HPC this] Service Now form to request the accounts you need.
* If you want to use Jupyter:
 * Create and test your own kernel (see)
 * Create a ticket to get your kernel added to the list in https://notebook.anunna.wur.nl
 * To ease the use of the service, we give courses a dropdown to set up number of CPUs/memory/runtime. Please create a ticket to ask us to add your course to the dropdown menu.

Besides the above interactions, the team will also:
* Create a teams channel between the course organisers and administrators, so we have a hotline in case of issues.
* Be present at the start of your course (if on campus), to smooth out any issues that might arise at the start (missing/not working accounts)
